Day Trip to Aït Ben Haddou - UNESCO World Heritage Site

A full-day journey from Marrakech across the High Atlas via the Tizi n'Tichka Pass to the UNESCO-listed Ksar of Aït Ben Haddou—a maze of earthen alleys and stepped terraces that has featured in many films. Optional photo stops on mountain passes and (time permitting) Ouarzazate sights such as the Taourirt Kasbah or film studios.

Desert landscapes and ksour appear as we approach the Ounila Valley.

Guided Visit of Aït Ben Haddou (optional local guide)

Cross the riverbed/footbridge and explore lanes, granaries, and viewpoints. Learn about the ksar's history and movie locations.

Choose a terrace restaurant with views of the ksar.

Ouarzazate Stop (time permitting, optional)
